JideTech AP101 1KM 915MHz Wi-Fi HaLow Wireless Ethernet Extender
The JideTech AP101 is a long-range wireless Ethernet extender based on IEEE 802.11ah Wi-Fi HaLow technology. Operating in the Sub-1GHz frequency range around 915MHz, it is designed to extend Ethernet connectivity between a central network and remote IP cameras, CCTV equipment, industrial devices and IoT systems.
Unlike traditional directional point-to-point Wi-Fi bridges, AP101 uses a 360° omnidirectional antenna, providing more flexible deployment without requiring precise directional antenna alignment.
In open and unobstructed environments, the wireless transmission distance can reach up to approximately 1,000 meters, with a maximum wireless data rate of up to 32.5Mbps.
How to Connect the AP101 Wi-Fi HaLow Extender
AP101 creates a long-range wireless Ethernet extension between your main network and remote devices. The connection is simple: connect the Sender to the central network, establish the 915MHz wireless link, and connect the Receiver to the remote equipment.
Connect the Sender
Connect the AP101 Sender to your router or PoE switch through the LAN port. AP101 uses a separate DC12V power supply.
Wireless Extension
The network is extended through a 915MHz Wi-Fi HaLow wireless connection, reaching up to approximately 1,000m in open environments.
Connect Remote Devices
Connect the Receiver side to remote Ethernet equipment such as IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches or computers. Devices on the network can then be monitored remotely.
Simple Network Extension
Key Features
Long-range wireless Ethernet extension in open and unobstructed areas.
IEEE 802.11ah Sub-1GHz wireless technology for remote networking applications.
Flexible wireless deployment without precise directional alignment.
Supports wireless transmission for CCTV, IoT and Ethernet devices.
Simple wireless configuration with convenient device pairing.
Maximum power consumption of approximately 0.12W.
Why 915MHz Wi-Fi HaLow?
AP101 operates in the Sub-1GHz frequency range with an operating frequency of approximately 910–930MHz and a center frequency of 915MHz.
The lower-frequency wireless link is designed for long-distance communication and remote networking applications where conventional 2.4GHz or 5GHz wireless systems may have insufficient transmission distance.
360° Omnidirectional Wireless Coverage
Traditional point-to-point wireless bridges normally use directional antennas and require careful alignment between both ends.
AP101 uses a 5dBi 360° omnidirectional antenna, allowing more flexible installation and making it suitable for distributed remote network devices located in different directions.
Flexible Multi-Point Deployment
One AP101 receiver can receive signals from up to four AP101 senders.
Combined with its omnidirectional antenna design, AP101 can be used in projects where multiple remote Ethernet devices are distributed across different locations.

Important Installation Notes
- The stated 1KM transmission distance is based on open and unobstructed installation conditions.
- Buildings, walls, trees, RF interference and heavy network traffic may reduce actual transmission distance and throughput.
- Installation height and antenna environment may significantly affect wireless performance.
- The stated 32.5Mbps is the maximum wireless data rate and should not be interpreted as guaranteed Ethernet throughput.
- When connecting to a PoE switch, the AP101 Ethernet interface is used for network data transmission. The AP101 itself requires DC12V power.
- Sub-1GHz / 915MHz frequency regulations differ by country and region. Please confirm local regulatory requirements before deployment.
