For projects requiring secure remote connectivity, the P2 can be configured with an OpenVPN client. The camera can connect to the customer's own private VPN server through 4G LTE, Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Authorized PCs, NVRs and VMS platforms can then access the camera through the private network without exposing the camera directly to the public internet.

Carrier compatibility depends on the selected 4G module, local LTE bands, SIM card, operator network and local coverage. Please provide the deployment country and preferred mobile operator before ordering so JideTech can configure the appropriate 4G version.
Optional 80W Solar Power Kit
For off-grid installations, the P2 can be supplied with a complete 80W solar power system with 40Ah lithium battery. This makes the camera suitable for remote locations where grid power is unavailable or difficult to install.
