What Is Included in the Quick Manual?

Camera Connection

Connect the camera through a PoE switch, PoE NVR or standard router with a compatible DC 12V power supply.

IP Address Configuration

Search for the camera on the local network and change its IP address to match the router or NVR network segment.

Browser Access

Log in to the camera through Microsoft Edge to view live video and configure image, time, network and event settings.

VideoLink Mobile App

Create a VideoLink account, scan the camera P2P QR code and access live video remotely from a mobile phone.

PC Client Access

Search for cameras on the LAN, add devices to the PC client and manage live video from a Windows computer.

NVR Integration

Add the camera to a compatible NVR using ONVIF when automatic plug-and-play connection is unavailable.

Important: Each camera must use a unique IP address. Before connecting multiple cameras to the same router or NVR, use the camera search tool to confirm that there are no duplicate IP addresses.

VideoLink App Quick Setup

  1. Download and install the VideoLink App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Create a VideoLink account using your email address and verification code.
  3. Confirm that the camera is connected to the Internet and that its P2P status is Online.
  4. Open the VideoLink App and select Add New Device.
  5. Scan the P2P QR code shown in the camera web interface or on the device label.
  6. Name the camera and open the device list to start viewing live video.

VideoLink App Compatibility Notice

This quick user manual is intended for JideTech cameras that use the VideoLink App.

Some older JideTech cameras may use CamHi Pro or another mobile application. The device addition process, P2P menu and camera interface may be different.

Before following this guide, please confirm which mobile app is used by your camera.
